I have examined Applications SNs. 88303282, 88303319, 88303360, and 88303387 (SCOULAR marks), and they look pretty good.  However, before I can approve the applications, each requires a couple of amendments.  My hope is to expedite the prosecution of the application by issuing examiner’s amendments upon receiving your approval to do so.

 

Specifically, the identifications of goods and services require amendment to clarify the nature of the software and software services, as well as the function of such.  Additionally, the description of the mark in each application requires amendment.  My suggested amendments follow below.
