Hi Examiner Cohen,

 

Thank you for taking my call earlier this morning. Further to our telephone conversation from this morning, please note that I went onto TEAS to make a modification to the identification of the goods in the filed response, but was unable to: (1) use the Response to Office Action form because the deadline is technically past (we filed our response timely); or (2) find a “Voluntary Amendment” form to make the modification. Because of that we are not able to make the modification/correction to the identification of the goods in U.S. TRADEMARK APPLICATION NO. 88302169 that we discussed on the phone.

 

To recount what we discussed, the following language is found on page 5 under item C in the Office Action regarding Applicant’s identification of the goods:

 

“In International Class 11: ‘Accessories for cooling apparatus and installations and accessories for air-conditioning apparatus and installations, excluding air compressors for vehicles, namely, {specify, e.g.: air filters, air conditioning fans}’.”

 

Our Response was filed with an amended identification of the goods that followed the above-identified format in the Office Action. The following is our amended ID as filed in our latest response, which we propose to modify to make it more clear.

 

AMENDED ID:

 

Accessories for cooling apparatus and installations and accessories for air-conditioning apparatus and installations, excluding air compressors for vehicles and rotary piston pumps, namely, filters, fittings, and specialty pumps for air-conditioning apparatus.
