I have reviewed the response to office action filed in connection with the above-referenced trademark application on February 21, 2020.   The identification requires amendment for clarification purposes.  The following is suggested (changes in bold font and strikethrough):

 

Hemp plant seeds; Live plants, namely, natural hemp plant transplant plugs; all of the foregoing goods having  for which all cannabis-containing items are solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
