Response to Intent-to-Use/Divisional (ITU/Divisional) Unit Office Action

The following is submitted for application serial number: 88298140

This is in response to the Notice That Statement of Use (SOU) Is Incomplete issued November 4, 2019.  The Statement of Use requires clarification of the owner in that the filer's name differs from the current owner name.  The application was originally filed in the name of T-H Marine Supplies, Inc.  A document evidencing an entity conversion from a corporation to a limited liability company was recorded at reel/frame 6677/0166 on June 25, 2019.  The Statement of Use should have been filed in the correct name of the filer, T-H Marine Supplies, LLC, but mistakenly listed T-H Marine Supplies, Inc.  T-H Marine Supplies, LLC is the owner of the present application and is the entity that filed the SOU.  Applicant respectfully requests the Intent-to-Use (ITU)/Divisional Unit Office amend the owner name listed in the SOU to read "T-H Marine Supplies, LLC" to correct owner's inadvertent mistake.
