EXPLANATION OF FILING
Hanna Andersson, LLC ("Registrant"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company, respectfully requests correction of U.S. trademark registration No. 5,850,149 to conform with Registrant's State in which it is organized and amend the street address to reflect the application as filed. The request to correct the State where organized was previously included in the post-publication amendment submitted August 12, 2019; however, the post-publication amendment was not processed in time to withdraw the mark from the scheduled issuance of a registration.
