The term "CHOITRAMS" in Latin characters has no meaning in a foreign language. The Arabic characters in the mark above the line transliterate to "CHOITHRAMS" and has no meaning in a foreign language. The Arabic characters below the line transliterate to "FULL OF GOODNESS" and this means "FULL OF GOODNESS" in English.
