The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 5834547 UALL-08(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88293500/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant hereby submits this Section 7 Request to correct an error in the registration which occurred in good faith through the fault of the owner of the registration.

 Correction of Error in Owner’s Name in Registration

According to 37 C.F.R. §2.175, the Director may issue a certificate of correction or a new certificate whenever a mistake has been made in a registration and a showing has been made that such mistake occurred in good faith through the fault of the owner, upon payment of the prescribed fee and provided that the correction does not involve changes that would require republication of the mark. 

The application was filed on February 7, 2019, and registered on August 13, 2019.  The application contained an inadvertent, minor clerical error in the manner in which the applicant’s name was set forth.  Specifically, the Applicant was identified as “UAS Laboratories, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company”.  However, the correct name of the applicant at the time of the filing was “UAS Laboratories LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company” (no comma following Laboratories).  This error occurred in good faith, through the fault of the owner.  In light of the foregoing, applicant believes the error may be corrected pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §2.175 as the error is a minor clerical error and does not require republication of the mark.

 Conclusion

Registrant respectfully requests that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office amend the registrant name to UAS Laboratories LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company.
