Applicant respectfully submits that Reg. No. 2929162 blocking Applicant's mark in IC 043 is overdue to be renewed, and has not been and that Applicant's application in IC 043 be suspended until the disposition of the earlier registration is known. Applicant also respectfully submits that Serial No. 88143186 is also DEAD thereby allowing Applicant's mark in IC 016 to progress and that there are no further potential conflicting applications.
