Applicant proposes to amend the following:

Class 041 for Educational services, namely, providing classes in the field of soccer; educational services, namely, providing information about organizing cultural and sporting activities through global computer networks; training in the field of playing soccer; providing sports facilities, namely, providing fields and facilities for sports activities and training; organizing and conducting community sporting and cultural activities, namely, soccer games; entertainment services, namely, organizing of live sports competition and presentation of live sporting event show performances; production of radio and television programs related to sport, namely, soccer; providing museum facilities, namely, museum services; sports training services; organization of sporting exhibitions and competitions in the field of soccer for entertainment purposes; publishing services, namely, publishing of books, reviews, magazines, journals, and electronic publications
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: For a trademark or service mark application: As of the application filing date, the applicant had a bona fide intention, and was entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services in the application. For a collective trademark, collective service mark, or collective membership mark application: As of the application filing date, the applicant had a bona fide intention, and was entitled, to exercise legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce by members on or in connection with the identified goods/services/collective membership organization.
