Subject: OFFICIAL USPTO EMAIL - TRADEMARK APPLICATION NO. 88291250 - LOGOFIT (Your Dkt No. LGF-100-TM)
Good afternoon Mr. Redinger,
I am the trademark examining attorney handling the above-referenced trademark application. In order to move the application forward, there is an issue that could potentially be resolved by examiner’s amendment with your approval.
Identification of Goods
We require an amended identification of the goods in International Class 25 because the wording “sunwear” is indefinite. Applicant must identify specific types of sunwear clothing worn as outerwear.
I propose the following amended identification, with suggested changes bolded:
International Class 25: Outerwear, namely, hats, scarves, gloves, mittens;
, andOuterwear, namely, sunwear in the nature of {identify specific types of sunwear used as outwear, e.g., sun visors being headwear, sun sleeves, sun protective shirts, sun protective pants}
Please let me know if you approve of my amending the identification as described.
Please respond no later than 12 PM EST on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2019.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail me using the information provided in my signature block below. Thank you.
