No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “LABS” apart from the mark as shown.

 

(The wording LABS must be disclaimed because it describes the source of the goods, which are software labs.  The Office requires that descriptive wording in a mark be disclaimed and LABS is always required to be disclaimed in relation to Class 9 software as describing the source of the goods.)
