Hello Ms. Tyler,

 

               I’ve reviewed the above trademark application for registration.  Before the application may be approved for publication for opposition, however, a disclaimer of TEDDY is required.  Also, I am attempting to have your prior-filed application abandoned since it’s past the three years for filing the Statement of Use, so that there’s not an issue of duplicate applications pending.

 

               Please let me know your thoughts on the disclaimer by March 22^nd.
