The attached specimens shows one of applicant's stores, where coffee and related goods are being sold to the public.  Specifically, there is a picture showing a rack of applicant's retail sales, and then each of those goods individually, which show that the mark is being used in commerce in the areas of Class 35.  FORM FILE NAME(S)
