OFFICIAL USPTO EMAIL - Trademark Application Serial No. 88289940 and 88289959 ATOM - Response Requested

Dear Mr. Maag,

I am the assigned trademark examiner for the above-referenced applications.  I have reviewed the applications and in each case the applicant must amend the identification of services in class 35. The identification of services in class 42 is acceptable as written in each application. In class 35, however, the wording “marketing” and “promotion” is indefinite and the nature of the services must be more clearly specified. Applicant may adopt the following identification of services in class 35, if accurate: “Advertising, marketing services, sales promotion services, and customer relationship management communication services for automotive manufacturers and dealerships”.

If you agree that the changes are acceptable, we can move more quickly through the registration process for this application. Please let me know by email or phone by 1 PM EST on Thursday, April 18, 2019, if you agree to allow me to correct the above by Examiner’s Amendment.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.  If I do not hear from you by that time, I will issue a formal Office Action on this issue.

Best,

Sara Helmers
