To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88286653  (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88286653/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 042 for Providing a web site featuring technology that enables users to connect through text communication and direct messaging; provides recruiting and employment matchmaking services on behalf of the artists; community organizing; and video broadcasting

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 035 (Original Class: 042 ) for Providing on-line employment information in the field of recruitment, careers, job resources and listings for artists
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: For a trademark or service mark application: As of the application filing date, the applicant had a bona fide intention, and was entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services in the application. The mark consists of a stylized design of a cat with large eyes; the right half of the cat is white with a grey ear and orange and pink outline; the right half of the cat has a grey forefront leg with an orange outline and the back leg is grey with a pink outline; the right half of the cat also has a black eye and orange and grey cheeks; the left half of the cat is white with a white ear and turquoise outline; the left half of the cat has a forefront leg that is white with a turquoise outline and back leg that is grey with a yellow outline; the cat has a black eyes with red circle around the left eye; the background appears in black.
