I reviewed the response to the Office action. There is one issue I failed to raise. I apologize for the inconvenience. The wording “fund investment services” does not identify the type of fund investment services (e.g., real estate, hedge, private equity, etc.).  Accordingly, the following is suggested and may be adopted if accurate:

 

Class 36: Financial services in the field of exchange traded funds, namely, investment advice, investment management, investment consultation and investment of funds for others; Financial services, namely, management of exchange traded funds; Financial investment services, namely, administering the issuance of customized collections of individual securities including stocks, exchange traded funds and other types of securities; Financial services, namely, automated and customized personal financial management services; Financial services, namely, financial planning services; Financial consulting; Real estate fund investment services; Securities brokerage services; Investment services, namely, real estate funds investment services; Provision of financial information and financial data analysis
