One more thing, the ID for the ‘921 application needs the following typo fixed, too: “Providing online non-downloadable audio and video recordings . . . .”
Thanks,

Hi Lara,
Thanks for reaching out. The ID and mark description were acceptable for the ‘166 (Class 35) application. I’ve approved that application for publication.
For the ‘921 (Class 41) application, the mark description is fine—it was amended in the request for reconsideration. The ID for this application still has issues:
- I suggested deleting “Entertainment services, namely, arranging and conducting of competitions in the field of business, natural and organic product companies” because this wording is too broad, and could encompass services in Class 35. We can move the application forward by deleting this language.
- I also suggested the following amendment for clarity: “Educational services, namely, providing incentives to natural products companies to demonstrate excellence in the field of natural products, organic, biodynamic and other regenerative and restorative practices through the issuance of awards.”
Please let me know if I may make these changes by examiner’s amendment.
Thanks,
April

Happy holidays April:
I hope this finds you feeling delighted.
It seems that the above-listed applications may have stalled out and I am hoping we can please get them back on track.
Your 06/07/2019 OA required an ID Amendment and mark description amendment. The ID description amendment was met when the Request to Divide was filed and please enter the mark description via Examiner's amendment in both the parent and child applications.
Thank you kindly.
Enjoy your day.
Warmly,
Lara Pearson (She/Her)
