We hope you are doing well.  We discussed the proposed amendments for the Class 35 and 36 applications with the Applicant, and they have agreed to the following:

1. OPENDOOR Class 35 – amend the following: “providing a searchable directory of commercial information in the field of insurance, none of the aforementioned services relating to healthcare insurance information”
2. OPENDOOR Class 36 – add “none of the aforementioned services in the field of healthcare insurance”
