APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Ben Natter via email on April 9, 2019 and April 14, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.
IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES: The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
CLASS 035: Providing facilities for business meetings; providing facilities for the use of office equipment amenities; Provision of facilities for professional business events and meetings

AMENDED DESCRIPTION OF MARK: The following description of the mark is added to the record:
The mark consists of the words “WORKING FROM” in stylized letters.

CONCLUSION: With the response filed on April 18, 2019 and the amendments above, the refusal for registration under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act and the requirements made in the Office Action issued on April 9, 2019 have been obviated and satisfied, excluding the requirement to provide a copy of the foreign registration to rely on Section 44(e) as a basis for registration. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
