Subject: U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE COMMUNICATION REGARDING U.S. APPLICATION NO. 88283936 (ON CUE)
Dear Mr. Gratz,
I am the examining attorney assigned to review the above-referenced trademark application on behalf of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I have reviewed the application and determined that the identification of goods must be amended to clarify the nature and purpose of the goods and specify whether the goods are for medical [in Class 10] or scientific [in Class 9] purposes.
If accurate, applicant may amend to: “Medical devices, namely, patient monitors for detecting patient movement which include patient monitoring sensors and alarms for monitoring the health of the patient and for detecting physical distress in the patient”.
If you would like to have these or similar changes entered by examiner's amendment, please let me know on or before April 17, 2019. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email.
Kind regards,
Shaila E. Lewis
