This communication is in connection with the above-referenced application.

REMARKS

The subject mark was published for Opposition on May 21, 2019. On November 18, 2019, an Opposition was instituted (Proceeding No.: 91252362). On March 26, 2020, the Opposition was voluntarily withdrawn subsequent to negotiations and settlement between Opposer and Applicant. On April 1, 2020, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board issued an Order of Dismissal of Opposition. Copies of the Stipulated Withdrawal and the TTAB Order of Dismissal are attached herewith as Exhibit A.

Upon information and belief, no other objection or opposition is pending against the above-referenced trademark application.

Accordingly, Applicant respectfully requests removal of the present application from suspension and registration of Applicant’s mark is respectfully requested.

A good faith effort has been made to place the present mark in condition for registration and such action is earnestly solicited. If there are any questions prior to registration, the Examining Attorney is respectfully requested to contact the undersigned.
