Elissa,

 

Following up on the Natura TM #88282206. Your office action letter of April 11, 2019 indicated that we need to revise the application based on the use of a foreign word. However, in this case the applicants did not and are not intending to use/apply any foreign language for a basis of the wording. The word “Natura” was just a TM that they came up with without any reference to a foreign language.

 

As the applicant did not intend to use a foreign word, we are requesting that the requirement to pay the additional filing fee and to add the translation language to the application be waived.
