Subject: RE: United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88281492 / UNITIZED

Dear Examining Attorney Kelley, I have now heard back from our client regarding this matter. Thank you for your email for giving us the opportunity to amend the description to further clarify the covered goods.

1-      “speed head” and “lock ring” are each a type of machine that are known in the oil & gas industry.

They are types of mechanical equipment and therefore do belong in class 7. However, we would like to delete “safe drill” from the description.

2-      We would like to delete the following from the description:

-          Test plugs

-          Casing head

-          Running tool

-          Casing hanger running tool

-          Pack off running tool

-          Rotating tool

-          Tension hanger

Therefore we would like to amend the description as follows:

Thank you!
