Subject: RE: Probot Trademark (Serial No. 88279430)Dear Matthew,
In reviewing this for publication, I realized that because the AI is a feature of the software, and therefore
the classification is governed by the type of software, I need to get further clarification of the
goods. Specifically, we need to state whether the software is downloadable or recorded, in which case
it is in Class 9, or if it is non-downloadable, online software, in which case it is in Class 42. If it is
downloadable or in recorded form, then I suggest the following language:International Class 9: Artificial intelligence assistant incorporated as a feature of
downloadable software used for classroom management and assistance, namely,
registration, support, attendance, scheduling, and payments for use in the field of
education
I can issue an Examiner’s Amendment to make the changes, which you can authorize by response to this
email. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this if you have any questions.Kind regards,
Eugenia
