Class 38: Photo uploading services in the nature of providing peer-to-peer photo sharing services, namely, electronic transmission of digital image files among internet users via uploading of images

 

Class 42: Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for use in uploading and sharing photographs; Electronic storage of digital photographs; Hosting of database on the Internet for the storing of digital photographs
