Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Joyce Ferraro on February 3, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Identification of Goods and Services

The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows:

“Class 42: Scientific and technological services, namely, medical research, scientific research and analysis in the field of pharmaceuticals and biomedicine; pharmaceutical, biomedical and biological therapeutic research services; scientific research in the fields of pharmaceutical and biologic therapeutic preparations, clinical trials and post-market trials; pharmaceutical research and development; providing scientific research information in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, clinical trials and post-market trials

Class 44: Providing health and medical information; providing information relating to the diagnostic, prophylactic and therapeutic properties of pharmaceutical preparations and biologic preparations for the prevention and treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions.”
