AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN INTERNATIONAL CLASSES 9 AND 45

 

The identification of goods in International Class 9 is amended to read as follows:  “Aerials; Spectrum analyzers, other than for medical use; Closed circuit television cameras; Electronic surveillance apparatus, namely electromagnetic spectrum surveillance apparatus in the nature of electronic components of security systems; Radio receiving tuners; Radio direction finders; Radio signal antennas; Mobile radio receiving apparatus, namely, mobile radios; Radio frequency identification devices, namely, transponders; Radio receivers for remote controls; Devices for wireless radio transmission; Electronic devices used to locate lost articles employing the global positioning system or cellular communication networks.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

The identification of services in International Class 45 is amended to read as follows:  “Electronic monitoring services for security purposes in the field of electromagnetic spectrum receiving and analysis, namely, monitoring of drones for protecting tangible property.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
