Dear Ms. Markley:

The response for the above-referenced application has been reviewed.  Before the mark can be approved for publication, the wording “lights sensors, environmental sensors, and analog sensors” must be clarified.  “Lights sensors” may be amended to “light sensors” while “environmental sensors, and analog sensors” must specify what is being “sensed” by sensors.  The following would be acceptable:

sensors, namely, temperature sensors, inertial sensors, light sensors, environmental pressure, humidity and temperature sensors, and analog pressure, humidity and temperature sensors

If the proposed wording above is acceptable, I can issue an Examiner’s Amendment.  I would also be happy to consider your proposed amendments to the unacceptable wording.

Kind regards,

Melissa Vallillo
