IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

The identification of goods is amended delete “integrated circuits embedded with software.”  The identification is thus amended to read as follows: 

Printed circuit boards; user-configurable circuit boards; semiconductor chips; integrated circuits; microprocessors; micro controllers; sensors, namely, temperature sensors, inertial sensors, light sensors, environmental pressure, humidity and temperature sensors, and analog pressure, humidity and temperature sensors; Internet of Things (IoT) devices, namely, wirelessly connected sensor nodes; downloadable computer software development tools; downloadable software for networking, operating, managing and controlling Internet of Things (IoT) devices; downloadable artificial intelligence software, namely, software for controlling robotic functions and software for sensor aggregation and actuation; downloadable electronic publications, namely, instruction manuals, user guides, installation guides, product datasheets, articles, and magazines in the fields of computers and electronics; downloadable educational software featuring games and instruction in the field of computers and electronics; downloadable educational course materials in the fields of computers and electronics
