Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Erica Klazmer on October 7, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Recitation of Goods.  The identification of goods in International Class 9 is amended to read as follows: 

Computer hardware and downloadable computer software for processing and authenticating payment transactions with credit cards, debit cards, virtual cards, and prepaid cards; Electronic devices, namely, card readers, computer chip readers, point of sale terminals, and related computer hardware and downloadable software, all for accepting, effecting, enabling, facilitating, processing, operating, authenticating and managing payment transactions via mobile devices; Computer hardware and downloadable computer software for collecting, storing, analyzing, and providing data and information regarding electronic payment transactions; Downloadable computer software for facilitating mobile payments, and enabling customers to use their electronic signature, PIN, name or photo in completing mobile payment transactions; Downloadable computer software for collecting, storing, analyzing and reporting business related data and information, namely, software for creating and reporting of business analytics relating to payment processing, authentication and tracking; Downloadable computer software for use in invoice preparation; Downloadable computer software for bill payment; Downloadable computer software for small business financial management; Downloadable computer software for making financial account deposits, online banking, and bill tracking and management
