Class 042: Software as a service (SAAS) featuring software that evaluates data about lenders, borrowers, and real estate; Software as a service (SAAS) featuring software that enables users to estimate, track and expedite the timeline and benchmarks to closing a real estate transaction; Software as a service (SAAS) featuring software that provides information about the condition of title to property the subject of a pending real estate transaction, and an estimate of the timeline to clear all exceptions on a title report required to close a pending real estate transaction; Software as a service (SAAS) featuring software that enables users to choose mechanisms for determining the condition of title to property the subject of a pending real estate transaction and selecting title report options, and which provides information about title exceptions and enables users to remove exceptions from a policy of lender's title insurance
