Thank you Jeanine,
That is odd about the phone – perhaps you misdialed?
I have been here since I left the VM and my phone never rang. Did you dial 215-751-2122?
Best Regards,
Drew

{EXTERNAL EMAIL}
Hi Mr. Kastner,
I received your phone message and tried to phone back, but there was no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. I didn’t want to leave for the day without providing a response.
The prior-filed application has abandoned, so that issue has been resolved.
I will remove “providing temporary use of non-downloadable computer software to enable the searching of data, and the processing of data” from each application by examiner’s amendment, and then approve the marks.
In terms of timing, I will send the amendments and approve the marks on or before Monday, September 30.
Very truly yours,
Jeanine
