To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88264294 CURACAO CREDIT SHIELD (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/88264294/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

          This responds to the office action dated April 8, 2019 regarding application Serial No. 88/264,294
(the “Application”) filed by Adir International, LLC (“Applicant”) for the mark CURACAO CREDIT
          The Examiner initially refused registration of a portion of the Proposed Mark as it pertained to a
subset of Applicant’s applied for goods, namely “insurance administration services in the field of
consumer products.” In response, Applicant has amended the Application to delete “insurance
administration services in the field of consumer products” in connection herewith. Based upon that
amendment, Applicant respectfully requests that the Examiner allow the Application to proceed to
publication.
