Good Afternoon Mallory Levitt,
I apologize for the delay, but there is one more issue that needs correcting in the applications referenced above, each filed in International Class 009.
The identification, as written, is not clear as to the nature of the publications. Specifically, it is unclear if applicant’s downloadable publications are non-fiction electronic books, or if applicant’s goods are downloadable publications about non-fiction electronic books. Therefore, the identification of goods should be amended for clarity. The following identification of goods is suggested, changes in bold:
IC 009: Downloadable publications, namely, electronic non-fiction books on a variety of topics; downloadable electronic publications in the nature of non-fiction books on a variety of topics
Please let me know if you approve of my amending the identification of goods for each application as described. Please let me know no later than 12:00 PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
Please let me know if you have any questions. As always, the applications are subject to final review before publication.
Sincerely,
/Rebecca D. Coughlan/
