While I recognize the CatchCo trademark has similarities in Name, I do not feel the two are closely related in overall appeal. The trademark
that I'm applying for Cleary stands alone when compared to CatchCO. My pending trademark CATCH is distinctly different with the hook underlining the word CATCH with the hook barb completing the
letter H, while CatchCo has a "barb" inside a box and not an entire hook. Looking at the attachments I see CatchCo mainly deals with fishing tackle. I did not see where fishing apparel was include.
If it is then I overlooked it. I'm trying to see where the confusion might become a factor, but two entirely distinct trademarks is what I see. That is all I have for you. Please review the
Trademarks again and really look at what I see as two distinctly different trademarks. I do appreciate your time and all your efforts. Thank you. Wade Mallard |
