EXPLANATION OF FILING
On Jan 14, 2019, a change of owner address was filed to correct an issue with the country of the applicant showing China instead of Mexico.  See: http://tsdr.gov.uspto.report/documentviewer?caseId=sn88254490&docId=COA20190115091135#docIndex=8&page=1  That COA was never processed and resulted in the certificate issuing with an incorrect country.  As the COA filing was acknowledged by the USPTO, a new certificate should be provided with the corrected information.
