Miscellaneous Statement
Pursuant to TMEP Section 1402.08 and the Examining Attorney's requirement that certain services be reclassified, Applicant seeks to amend the current application as follows: (1) Move the services "Providing insurance agent referrals" filed in Class 36 from the current application at App. Serial No. 88252640 to its companion application for the same mark filed in Class 35 at App. Serial No. 88252638 (delete the services from the current Class 36 application and move them into the companion Class 35 application). (2) Move the services "providing a searchable directory of insurance information for obtaining data and information from others via the internet" and the amended services "providing insurance policy coverage comparison information" from Applicant's companion application for the same mark filed in Class 35 at App. Serial No. 88252638 to the current application filed in Class 36 at App. Serial No. 88252640 (move services from the companion Class 35 application to the current Class 36 application). The companion applications were filed on the same day, neither application has been published, and both applications were filed under Section 1. A separate amendment is being concurrently filed under the companion application at App. Serial No. 88252638 as well, pursuant to TMEP Section 1402.08.
