Application has been amended as shown below.  As set forth by Greg Bradford in a written response received October 24, 2019, applicant is the owner of Reg. No. 4118099 by virtue of the fact that the owner of Reg. No. 411899 is a wholly owned subsidiary of applicant.  Therefore, the examining attorney has amended the application to include a claim of ownership.  This claim will be entered into the record and printed on all post examination documents.  See statement below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.
