APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by TMEP §707.02, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below on May 15, 2019. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
The identification of goods is amended to correct the punctuation and now reads as follows:
Class 9 - Airborne surveillance and sensing equipment and installations utilizing a visible or infrared electro-optical sensor, hyperspectral sensor or LIDAR, or a combination of those that is directed by reflecting off of a mirror, allowing the sensor to rapidly point at numerous targets or adjacent locations to build a composite image of a larger area; Wide-area motion imagery (WAMI) installations and equipment comprising sensors, cameras and/or processors, for airborne use; airborne surveillance and sensing equipment and installations comprising sensors, cameras, and/or computer processors
