I am reviewing the response to the office action in regards to Serial No. 88248583 (ER at McCarran NW An Extension of Northern Nevada Medical Center). The 2(f)-in-part claim of acquired distinctiveness for the "NORTHERN NEVADA MEDICAL CENTER" wording is acceptable. However, we still need a disclaimer for the wording “MEDICAL CENTER” as also shown in the prior registrations owner by the applicant.

 

Please advise me of the requested information and acceptability of the amendment by responding to this email.
