Hi Allison

I just left you a detailed voice mail but wanted to follow up with an email. We received your amended identification of goods in the above-referenced applications.

Although some changes were made to the identification of goods, we have one further amendment to make. The application should be ready to proceed once Applicant agrees to further modify the identification of goods.

Right now, the wording “associated components for firearms” is vague and can refer to various classes of goods.  Accordingly, a suggested modification to the identification of goods is provided below (see suggestions in bold). If the changes below are acceptable, please let me know as soon as practicable and I will issue an Examiner’s Amendment accordingly:

Firearm parts, namely, kits for retrofitting a firearm to operate with a gas-piston mechanism comprised of gas expansion operating devices for facilitating automatic or semi-automatic operation of a firearm and associated component parts for firearms

With your authorization, I can enter the amendments by Examiner's Amendment and approve the mark for publication immediately.  Entering the required amendments in this manner would eliminate the need for issuance of a formal Office Action.  You can authorize the proposed Examiner's Amendment by return email or by calling me at the number below.

Please do not hesitate to give me a call if you have any questions or comments. I look forward to hearing from you-

Karen
