PROCEDURAL HISTORY: On March 27, 2019, the trademark examining attorney issued an Office action requiring applicant to clarify the juristic entity of applicant, amend the identification of services and advised applicant of the unnecessary Section 2(f) claim in the application. Based on applicant’s response on May 8, 2019, the examining attorney notes that applicant provided an acceptable identification of services. This Examiner’s Amendment addresses the outstanding issues with the application.
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Yasmine O. Abdel-Aal on May 30, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
