The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.

APPLICANT’S 2(f) CLAIM

The application has been amended to state that applicant’s mark in its entirety has become distinctive of the services through the applicant's substantially exclusive and continuous use of the mark in commerce that the U.S. Congress may lawfully regulate for at least the five years immediately before the date of filing.
