EXPLANATION OF FILING
Applicant, Ambilight Inc., is filing this Post-Approval Amendment to request that the USPTO correct a mistake in the application.  The owner of the mark was inadvertently identified in the application as a corporation of Canada.  The correct place of incorporation, both currently and at the time of the filing of the application, is California.  This error as set forth in the application was a mistake that occurred in good faith.  Applicant submits that, because this mistake is a minor clerical error and the Canadian corporation identified as Applicant did not exist on the application filing date, this error is correctable.  TMEP § 1201.02(c).  Applicant therefore requests that this application be amended, prior to publication which is scheduled for April 30, 2019, so the Applicant is identified as a California corporation.
