DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Mr. Christopher McKeon on March 18, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. 

 

COLOR CLAIM & DESCRIPTION OF THE MARK AMENDED

 

The following color claim replaces the current color claim of record:

 

The colors gold, black, light brown, and dark brown are claimed as a feature of the mark.

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

The mark consists of a coin with three concentric circles, the outermost circle in gold and shaded with dark brown. The stylized wording "MCF" appears in gold located in the center of the innermost concentric circle in brown with a flame shaped emblem in light brown beneath the “MCF” wording. The innermost circle is outlined in black. A circuit board in light brown appears beneath the flame emblem. The wording "NATURAL GAS" appears inlaid radially between the innermost and outermost concentric circles. The stylized wording "MCF" appears in gold between two dots in gold oriented 180 degrees about the center of the circles from the same. Below the outermost circle appears shading in black.
