In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Owner's mark should not be refused because it does not describe a feature of the goods. If the name were NON-BLU, NOT BLU, or WITHOUT BLU, then it would describe a feature of the goods. But the name NOBLU is suggestive because it requires that the consumer imagine a whole sentence built around the term, because it is a noun rather than an adjective, and it is not a noun that can be said to be one of the components of the goods.
