This Examiner’s Amendment is issued in connection with the applicant’s Response to Office Action received on March 8, 2019. This Examiner’s Amendment resolves all outstanding issues to date.
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Jared Leland on May 7, 2019, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
International Class 16: packaging materials, namely goods made from paper, cardboard, and plastic for packaging; none of the foregoing is intended to be used in connection with cannabis-related goods containing more than .3 percent THC on a dry weight basis.
International Class 30: nutritional products for human consumption, namely, grain-based food bars containing certain hemp-derived products in the nature of hulled hemp seeds, hemp seed proteins, and hemp seed oils.
International Class 32: nutrient-rich, non-alcoholic beverages for human consumption, namely, protein drinks, containing certain hemp-derived products in the nature of hulled hemp seeds, hemp seed proteins, and hemp seed oils; none of the foregoing to be used as a meal replacement beverage.
International Class 39: packaging, storage, and parceling of goods for transportation and delivery purposes; none of the foregoing is intended to be used in connection with cannabis-related goods containing more than .3 percent THC on a dry weight basis.
