Application S/N 86/761,463 should no longer be a bar to the registration of this application, S/N 88/233,976. On September 19, 2019, the applicant for S/N 86/761,463 and the applicant for S/N 88/233,976 entered into an Amendment to Trademark Consent Agreement (which amends and attaches as an exhibit the Trademark Consent Agreement entered into on February 1, 2018) wherein the applicant for S/N 86/761,463 specifically consents to the use and registration of the mark in S/N 88/233,876. A copy of the Amendment to Trademark Consent Agreement is attached hereto. Applicant respectfully requests that this application be removed from suspension.
