This is responsive to the Office Action issued on March 11, 2019.

 

Applicant appreciates and acknowledges that a search of records at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office revealed no conflicting applications or registrations that would bar registration of Applicant’s mark under Trademark Act Section 2(d).

 

In the Office Action, the Examiner has requested clarification of the applied for services. In view of the Examiner’s requirement to clarify the services, Applicant wishes to amend the services of the application as outlined below:
