United States Trademark Application Serial Nos. 88229796 and 88229799 [Docket Number: 00101753]

Dear Jamie Bischoff,

I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced applications.  The applications will be ready to proceed once applicant agrees to modify the identification services. Additionally, the drawing of the mark in Serial No. 88229799 contains a black vertical line towards the bottom lower side, if this is not a part of the mark then the drawing must be amended to remove the line; however, if the line is a feature of the mark then the mark description must be amended.  If the changes below are acceptable, I will issue an examiner's amendment accordingly for each file:

(For both applications)

Amendment of Identification of Services

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:

International Class 042:                 Computer software services, namely, customization services in the nature of custom design and development of computer software rendered to users of mobile applications for tracking and managing maintenance, inspection, safety, compliance and inventory management in the fields of transportation and utilities

See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

(For Serial No. 88229799)

Amended Drawing

The drawing of the mark has been amended to remove the vertical black line as it is not a feature of the mark.  See TMEP §807.16.

Please let me know by phone or email, by COB on Tuesday March 19, 2019, if you agree to allow me to correct the above by an examiner's amendment or if you have any questions about the application.

Best,

Sahar
