We are agreeable to the amendment of the Class 42 services for both the word mark and logo applications.  Please proceed with the examiner’s amendment.

Thank you for modifying the drawing to remove the vertical line at the lower side (it isn’t part of the mark).

I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced applications.  The applications will be ready to proceed once applicant agrees to modify the identification services. Additionally, the drawing of the mark in Serial No. 88229799 contains a black vertical line towards the bottom lower side, if this is not a part of the mark then the drawing must be amended to remove the line; however, if the line is a feature of the mark then the mark description must be amended.  If the changes below are acceptable, I will issue an examiner's amendment accordingly for each file:
